Become a school leader
Are you interested in opening a high performing KIPP charter school? TEAM has a track record of success (83% of alumni are in college) and a long wait list of over 6,000 richly deserving students.
School leaders will enter KIPP’s Fisher Fellowship, a yearlong training program that includes intensive summer coursework, residencies in high-performing schools, and individualized coaching. Fellows receive in-depth support and insight into what it's like to lead a school—from establishing instructional vision to developing efficient operating systems; from recruiting students to hiring teachers; from curriculum development to community outreach. After the yearlong program, you’ll welcome your first class of students as they walk in the door to your school.
