The Lottery

TEAM Charter Schools does NOT host an event often referred to as “the lottery.” Applicants are NOT required to attend any “lottery” event in order to be accepted. Simply complete the Enrollment Application and you’ll be included in the lottery – no other action necessary. Once we complete the lottery (in late January) we contact all families by mail, phone and/or e-mail in February. You should not call us to find out if your child was selected in the lottery – we will contact you. Please note that the January lottery is ONLY for Kindergarten and 5th grade applicants.

KINDERGARTEN & 5TH GRADE

We will offer approximately 200 seats for Kindergarten and 200 for 5th grade for the 2012-2013 school year. Please note that the child entering Kindergarten MUST be five (5) years old by October 1, 2012 to qualify – no exceptions can be made.

OTHER GRADES

We may offer a very limited number of seats, if any, for students entering grades 1-3 and 6-12. If your child is not entering Kindergarten or the 5th grade, they will be placed on the waitlist. Click here to learn more about the waitlist.
